A private session allows for a more intimate view and focus on your practice. Open to all students looking to start a yoga practice, work on flexibility or strength, or anyone looking to focus on a specific goal or concern. I offer a mix or asana and guided meditation practices that can be tailored your needs or wants. You define the place, pace, and intention for your practice.
